Classic Car Auctions says:

The Holy Grail of the Fiesta world, the very rare Supersport...

  • Built using the 1300 Sport as a base coupled with options from the Series-X accessories catalogue
  • Only 3,000 were produced, all for the UK and we believe there are only a couple of hundred left
  • External upgrades include black front and rear spoilers, wheel arch extensions and overriders
  • Finished in Strato Silver with a 'Tu-Tone' red bodyside tape stripe and black window surrounds
  • Correct Supersport interior with Ghia-type reclining seats, trimmed in Supersport Red Carla fabric
  • Off the road for 15 years before being saved by the SuperSport Club guru, Ray Rollinson
  • Total restoration (approx £25K - hoping to create the best Supersport possible) completed last year
  • Only circa 15 miles since restoration. Indicated mileage 74,000
  • Created for a personal collection with no expense spared, we doubt that a better example exists
  • Complete with photos of the restoration, V5 and current MOT (27/10/20).
